"Jim, Great tournament. It was very well organized and fast moving. I really liked the way you setup the brackets. See you again in the near future."

"Thanks so much we really felt at home and the competetion was great the refs really were awesome everyone was so respectful we usually feel out of place at these events being straight up wrestlers but this was by far the best welcome we have had at any bjj event. looking forward to future events."
Coach Bain/Team Unbreakable/BFA
"I had a great time volenteering, working, and competing. I hope to do it again some time in the near future!"
Thanks, Jason Deere
"Hey Jim, I would like to thank the whole staff of The Good Fight for hosting the North Jersey State Championships; and for running it very efficently as usual. You guys are very caring for the competitors. I would like to say that I will recommend all of my teammates to compete for you because you give excellent prizes, such as the samurai swords. Thank you and see you at the Thanksgiving Throwdown. I enjoy competing for you guys so much."

"Thanks Jim, I thought you ran a great tournament! I have competed in grapplers quest, and NAGA, and I thought yours can hang with the "big boys" of the sport! I thought the fact that you posted Videos of the mats was great too. This was my first blue belt tourney, and I was able to see my fights through your youtube site, which was great to show my friends. Thanks for the good work, and I will def do our tourneys in the future!"
Adam Peterson
"I thought the tournament setting was very nice, the setup was convenient and simple for the fighters and the spectators." Dustin
"Hey Jim, just wanted to say that I was very impressed with the tournament this past weekend in Edison, NJ. Our school has only competed in the NAGA events, and honestly I have to say that this tournament was one of the best ran events I've seen. I really liked how you posted the bracketing and let the fighters know a rough estimate of when they would compete. This really allowed all the competitors to warm-up properly and get ready for their matches. I hope to see you in Williamstown for the next one!"

"Just wanted to say that I had a great time at the North Jersey Jiu Jitsu Championships. It was run very well and your staff was plesant to deal with. I especially like how all the matches are on video and posted. This is a great way to find areas of our games that we need to improve on."
Frank Welch
"I'd like to thank you for putting on your most recent tournament. You and your staff did a wonderful job and I am a proud supporter of your efforts and will continue to do so in the future."

"Hey Jim...This Joey Evaristo from Mrkulic/RGDA in Montclair, NJ. I had two of my kids Justin and Marcus fight their ever first The Good Fight Tournament in the Ocean City Classic 2 which was first of all on time and well organized. We really had fun with both my boys placing in the tournament in which Justin(17 years old) had to fight the Adult division in which he won 3rd place in the GI and NO-Gi. We will see you at your next tournament in Cherry Hill, NJ. Keep up the good work!!!"
Joey
"Thank you very much the whole experience was truly amazing to both of my sons. Not did they just have a blast competing but watch the more experienced grapplers as well. We will definitely be returning to your future events. Also most likly going to the camp you are offering. Thanks for a great family experience!"
Jason Aquilano and family
"Hello Jim. The event was very well organized and the staff was really hopeful."

"Jim. You run a great event. For my first tournament, I decided to try The Ocean City Classic II, and while I lost, I came away feeling good about the experience. Thank you."

"Hi Jim, I got a call from Matt asking me about mine and my team's experience this past weekend at the Ocean City tournament. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time. If you remember I was the one who was concerned about his student being injured and you came over to help check him out. I just wanted to thank you again for that, for the personal attention. My team and I have now been to two of your events, the Brotherly Love held in PA and the Ocean City. We have enjoyed ourselves in both. Keep the Good Fight going!"

"Hi Jim, I wanted to send you an email and let you know that I have had a great time this year competing in Good Fight tournaments. I would love to come to the Thanksgiving Throwdown this year, but I will not be able to attend, as I'm getting promoted to Blue Belt that very day (November 20th). You had mentioned in your email that Crowned point leaders would be presented with awards at the Throwdown, so I really wanted to make it, especially since it looks like I may end up in the top one or two places in Adult White Belt. If there is a physical award or trophy, it would mean a great deal to me, as competing in your events helped to focus my training and improvement in martial arts. Would it be possible to have such an award mailed to me? I have provided my home address and phone number below, in case this is doable. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks again for organizing the Good Fight tournaments. I look forward to competing in the Blue Belt division in the coming year."

"Hey Jim, Thanks for putting on an great event. My son enjoys going and competing and there is a good level of competition there. I think you might remember us. We represent Team BullPen. I was wondering if you might happen to have found my sons Gi pants after the event... They are white with 3 flags at the bottom left pant leg
(Brazil,USA,and Colombia). Please let us know when you get a chance... I save all his gear. And although they are easily replaced they have sentimental Value. When he is older he will have his First Year Gi. Or now at least part of it... Lol
Thanks again, we look forward to next years events and are ready to win some swords!"
God Bless

Hello Jim and The Good Fight Crew, "On November 13, 2010, I had the great pleasure of attending the 2010 Virginia Grappling Championships. I want you to know it was one of the finest events, of this type, I have ever attended. Your choice of venue, The Westin Beach Town Center Hotel, was absolutely genius! The nature of the event requires spectators and participants to be in attendance for many hours. With ample seating and a relaxing atmosphere, the time spent made for a very comfortable day. It was perfect! As with any Jiu Jitsu competition, there are many competitors, in different weight classes and ability levels. To make the events move smoothly takes planning and organization. You did this with expertise!! The matches, scheduled three at a time, rotated like clock work, and the whole event went on without a hitch! I am sure this was not an easy task, but you did it! Jim and Crew, your knowledge and professionalism, as promoters, were quite evident with the execution of the 2010 Virginia Grappling Championship. JOB WELL DONE!!!"
